D&D Custom Character Sheets

I made some custom character sheets tailored for my own game/character/preferences, so I thought I would share :)

This sheet is made for a Dungeons and Dragons 5e campaign.

There are versions with big, small, and no lines, as well as different versions of the 2nd page. Feel free to edit or alter them however you wish you use for your own games. Please do not sell altered versions.

If you would like me to alter the sheets in any minor way for yourself, let me know :)

What's on the sheets?
First Sheet
- Skills sorted next to their respective ability score (ie acrobatics, sleight of hand etc next to your DEX, Arcana , Nature etc next to your INT, etc)
- Spaces next to skills to indicate proficiency and expertise
- Space for passive intelligence (investigation) as well passive wisdom (perception)
- Boxes to separate all your actions into Action, Bonus Action, Reaction, and Other, as well as small notes about generic actions you can take on those actions (Helps to not spend too long figuring out what you can do during your turn in combat :D )
- Space to write your resistances and immunities next to your CON score
- More slots for more weapons, which are slightly bigger so you're actually able to write more in them. There is also a box to colour in to indicate if that weapon is magical, AND a box to write down the range of any ranged weapons you have
- Dedicated space to track the number of potions you have, as well as how much they heal (because I always forget)
- Dedicated space to track your exhaustion points
- Dedicated space for attunement slots
- Removed the electrum slot in the coin tracking thing
- Dedicated space to write down magic/special items that aren't weapons (helps me remember what I have)
- Dedicated spot for writing any relevant features and traits for easy and quick access
- Spot to write temp HP as well as misc for anything else that might add health
- Spot to write different ACs; one for base AC (without your armor/10 + dex) and one more misc (ie dual wielder adds +1 to your AC but only when you're holding 2 weapons)
- Spell Attack Bonus and Spell Save DC now on the front with your AC and HP :)

Second Sheet
- List of common conditions/rules written out for easy access (Grappled, Jumping, Frightened, Unconscious, Exhaustion, Prone, Incapacitated)
- Large empty space to add whatever you want to
- Space to add your character/draw them!
- (Versions One and Four) video-game esc space to write the weapons/armor currently 'equipped', as well as a smaller box for items that are too important to simply put in the equipment box along with those 8 goblin toes you don't remember picking up
- (Versions Two and Four) Personality, Bonds, Flaws, and Ideals boxes
- (Versions One, Two and Three) Extra boxes to use for whatever you want
